6.2 Because of the perishable nature of Products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
6.3 All complaints must supply us with either actual or photographic evidence of the product in question. If Evidence is not supplied we reserve the right to with hold any refund or replacement .
6.4 All Items which are purchased from flowers by jemma holmes that are deemed by the customer to be unsatisfactory must be returned to the store if you require replacement or refund .If you are not in possesion of the item we will not provide a refund or replacement .
